These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between Satset138 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "your") who accesses, registers on or interacts with the Satset138 website located at https://satset138.cam and any sub-pages, mobile-optimised versions or associated services operated under the Satset138 brand.

Satset138 provides an online gaming and sports-betting information environment intended for adults in Malaysia. The Platform makes available casino entertainment, sports markets, live dealer tables, slot content and related informational and promotional materials. By accessing any part of the Platform, whether or not you have completed registration, you signify your unconditional acceptance of every provision in this Agreement.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately. Continued access following any update to this Agreement constitutes renewed acceptance of the revised terms. Satset138 reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time; the effective date displayed at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Access to Satset138 is restricted exclusively to natural persons who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are aged21 years or above. Satset138 operates a strict minimum age policy and will terminate any account discovered to be held by a person below this threshold.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf as an individual, not as an agent, trustee or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a Restricted Territory at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You have not been self-excluded from Satset138 or placed under an exclusion order by any competent authority.
• You hold a valid Malaysian bank account, e-wallet, or other accepted payment instrument in your own legal name for the purpose of conducting deposits and withdrawals.
• You are acting in your personal capacity for recreational entertainment purposes, not for the purpose of commercial gain or arbitrage.

Satset138 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming the above eligibility criteria at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice.

To create an Account, you are required to complete the registration form accurately and truthfully. You must supply your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number and a valid email address. The submission of false, incomplete or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

Satset138 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme consistent with responsible-platform standards. Before full withdrawal privileges are activated, Users must submit the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph of both sides of your Malaysian IC (MyKad), passport or valid driver's licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill (Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Syabas, Indah Water), bank statement or official government correspondence dated within the preceding three months and addressed to the registered account address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of the User holding their identity document next to their face in adequate lighting.

Documents must be uploaded exclusively through the secure Satset138 account portal. Verification typically completes within 24–48 hours. The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage for ongoing compliance purposes.

By using the Platform, you agree to act in good faith and in compliance with this Agreement at all times. You must not engage in any of the following activities:

• Using automated systems, bots, scripts or any software not expressly authorised by Satset138 to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, game glitches or processing delays to derive financial advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, cheating, collusion or any form of fraudulent play within any game or sports market.
• Using the Platform for purpose of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Sharing your Account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to access or operate your Account.
• Creating multiple accounts under different identities to circumvent account restrictions or bonus limitations.
• Conducting any activity that disrupts, overloads or compromises the technical infrastructure of the Platform.
• Reproducing, distributing or publishing any part of the Platform's content without prior written authorisation from Satset138.

Satset138 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect irregular activity. The Platform reserves the right to investigate any Account exhibiting suspicious patterns and to withold associated funds pending the outcome of that investigation.

All Account transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Satset138 accepts deposits through the following locally supported channels:

• Online banking transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) via FPX
• DuitNow QR and DuitNow Transfer
• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay
• Cryptocurrency equivalents (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB) subject to the prevailing conversion rate at time of deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless stated otherwise in a current promotion. Deposits processed through supported local bank channels are typically credited within minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation times which are outside Satset138's direct control.

Withdrawals are available only to Users who have completed KYC verification. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in the same name as the Satset138 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Satset138 reserves the right to process withdrawals in stages for large amounts and to request supporting documentation confirming the source of funds where required.

Satset138 does not charge platform processing fees on standard MYR withdrawals; however, individual financial institutions may apply their own transaction fees which are beyond the Platform's control.

Satset138 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses including welcome packages, reload incentives, cashback programmes, referal rewards and tournament prize structures. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer and to the general bonus provisions set out in this clause.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement. The standard range is 10x to 20x the bonus amount. Bonus Funds and derived winings will not be available for withdrawal until the stated requirement is fully satisfied.
• Game Contributions: Not all game categories contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games such as baccarat and roulette contribute 10%–20%. Specific contribution rates are detailed in individual promotional terms.
• Maximum Stake During Bonus Play: While Bonus Funds remain active, the maximum permitted stake per wager is RM250 unless a lower limit is stated in the applicable offer terms. Placing bets above this threshold may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus credits expire within the period stated in the offer — typically 7, 14 or 30 calendar days from the date of isuance. Expired bonuses and any winings acrued from them will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions impose a cap on the amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winnings. This cap will be clearly stated in the applicable offer terms.
• One Active Bonus: Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless Satset138 expressly permits simultaneous bonus use.
• Abuse of Bonuses: Any form of bonus abuse, including coordinated multi-account wagering, systematic low-risk wagering across complementary outcomes, or any pattern Satset138 reasonably identifies as designed to extract bonus value without normal gameplay risk, will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and potential Account termination.

Satset138 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with or without prior notice. Promotional availability may vary by player location, account tier or current promotional calendar.

Each game or betting market available on the Platform operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the relevant game interface. Users are responsible for reviewing applicable game rules before participation.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection or server error during an active game session, Satset138 will endeavour to honour game outcomes that were already determined at the point of interruption. Where a decisive game state cannot be confirmed, any stakes placed in the affected round may be returned to the User's Balance at Satset138's discretion.

All results generated by Satset138's slot and casino content providers are produced by certified random number generation (RNG) systems subject to independent auditing. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any individual outcome.

Sports market settlements are based on official results from the relevant governing body or recognised data supplier. All content published on the Satset138 Platform — including but not limited to text, design, layout, software, graphics, game interfaces, brand marks, logos and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of Satset138 or its duly licensed content suppliers. All rights are reserved.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform strictly for personal recreational purposes. This licence does not confer the right to reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform's content or technical infrastructure for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorised use of Satset138's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose the User to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Satset138 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising out of a User's access to or use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or reputational damage.

Satset138 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free or free from technical disruptions. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated where operationally feasible; however, emergency maintenance may be conducted without prior notice.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Satset138 expressly excludes all representations, warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any form of liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Malaysian consumer protection standards.

Satset138 may suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may give rise to such action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision in this Agreement or associated platform policies.
• Provision of false, incomplete or misleading registration information.
• Evidence of underage gambling or failure to pass KYC verification.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, money laundering or any form of criminal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions filed against deposits previously made to Satset138.
• Account inactivity extending beyond twelve consecutive calendar months without any login activity.

Where an Account is terminated for cause, Satset138 reserves the right to withold the Account Balance pending the outcome of any internal or external investigation. If no irregularity is established, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the registered payment method following satisfactory verification.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting the Satset138 support team at any time. Any remaining real-money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to the registered payment method subject to standard KYC requirements.

Satset138 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time without prior notice, except where applicable law mandates a minimum notice period for material changes. Revisions will take effect from the date they are published on this page.

It is the User's responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. If a User does not accept the revised terms, they must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting the support team.

This Agreement and all matters arising out of or in connection with it shall be construed in accordance with the general principles of fair dealing and good faith as understood within the context of international online gaming standards. Satset138 operates its Player Agreement in the English language; the English version governs in the event of any inconsistency with any translated summary.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remainder of the Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

No failure or delay by Satset138 in exercising any right or remedy under this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy, nor shall any single or partial exercise of a right preclude any subsequent exercise.
